Kutty Srank (translated as boat captain in Malayalam) is about a mariner who operates a cargo vessel between the sea port of Kodungalloor near Kochi, once roaring port towns in Kerala. The story is told from the perspectives of three different women after the death of the protagonist, who each experience a different KuttiSrank.
